Ingredients
Barley Malt, Soy Protein Complex, Fiber Complex: (Psyllium, Guar, Apple Pectin), Alkalizing Complex: (Bee Pollen, Barley Grass, Alfalfa Juice Concentrate, Spinach, Parsley, Celery, Spirulina), Barley Grass Juice, Natural Fruit and Vanilla Flavors, Lecithin, Pineapple Enzyme (Bromelain), Methionine, RNA-Dna Complex, Schizandra, Siberian Ginseng, Foti, Bioflavanoid-Hesperidin Complex, Beta Sitosterol Plant Lipid Complex, Gamma Oryzanol, (Brown Rice Extract) Octacosonal.
Directions
For normal weight loss or weight maintenance: Eat one or two meals daily
and substitute an Alk Slim Diet drink for one or two meals. Use two level
scoops (scoop enclosed) of Alka Slim Powder with approximately 8-10oz.
of unsweetened fresh or bottled fruit juice for each drink (dilute with
water to desired taste). Vigorously stir in half of the juice, then add
the rest and stir again. For delicious fruit shakes, blend Alka Slim with
fresh fruit and ice cubes. Juices recommended for use with Alka Slim are
apple cider or juice, pineapple, orange, berries (all kinds). Drink plenty
of water and/or herbal teas. Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
Warnings
Do not use if preganant, nursing, have heart disease, diabetes, thyroid
disease, high blood pressure, recurring headaches, depression or any other
physciatric condition, glaucoma or enlarged prostate. Not recommended
for use by minors.

Review: I stumbled in on Alka Slim by seeing it on tv one day. Only
hearing the very end of the infomercial. It caught my attention, as anything
to lose weight does. I have tried several things but never had success.
I was really tired of the size I have been for so many years. After talking
with the order tech, I decided to at least try it. I have been so pleasantly
surprised. In just 3 days, my clothes started feeling lose, and in 3 weeks
I had lost at least 20 pounds. I have been taking it now for 4 weeks and
have just gotten into a pair of 14 pants, I was pushing a 20 before I
started. I don't really care for the taste, but I cover it with orange
juice, ice, just a little grape juice, and 2 frozen strawberries in my
blender. I will stay on the product for as long as I continue to see results
and will continue to make sure I don't gain any back. Hey, the loss is
worth the little bad taste. Also, has curbed my appetite tremendously.
Can't hardly eat a plate at lunch. I recommend this product highly.
